Biography
Kudzai earned his Bachelor in Quantity Surveying (Honours) at National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe and Master of Science in Building in the field of Construction Project Management at University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg in South Africa. He joined the Department of Architecture and Spatial Planning in March 2026 as a Lecturer for the Quantity Surveying Programmes (under- and post- graduate programmes). Prior to joining NUST, he was a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at GG Construction, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe (2010-2012); Quantity Surveyor at Louis Burger Quantity Surveyors, Windhoek, Namibia (February 2013-January 2020); Chief Quantity Surveyor at Ministry of Works and Transport, Namibia (February 2020-February 2026). Currently, he is a PhD Candidate at University of Johannesburg (UJ), South Africa.
