Biography
Ms. Toini Angula earned her Master's of Town and Regional Planning from University of Pretoria, South Africa. She is also a holder of a Certificate in Geo-Information Sciences and Earth Observation (Principles of Land Administration Information Systems) University of Twente, Netherlands, and Bachelor of Technology: Land Management, Polytechnic of Namibia. She consecutively awarded the best second, third and fourth year student in land management from her cohort.
Ms. Angula has diverse industrial experience ranging from Land administration, land management, community development, regional development planning, rural development, and project management among others.
She joined the Department of Architecture, Planning and Construction in April 2024 as a lecturer for Regional and Rural Development.
