Tigisty Kauapirura is a Lecturer in Property Studies, and a PhD student specializing in Real Estate. She holds academic qualifications in property studies with a focus on land and real estate valuation.
Her research interests include land valuation methodologies, land taxation, research, property market analysis, property investment, and land management. As a lecturer, she teaches courses related to property valuation and real estate studies, supporting the development of future valuation professionals.
Her academic work seeks to enhance valuation practices and contribute to sustainable land management in emerging economies.
