Ms Justina N Ambuga-Andreas

Biography

Justina earned her Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (Merit) and Master's of Science in Industrial Engineering with distinction at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). She is pursuing her Ph.D. studies in Industrial Engineering at the same university. Justina joined the Department of Mechanical, Industrial,and Electrical Engineering in 2024 as a Lecturer.

Justina presented at the NUST INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON APPLIED SCIENCE, ENGINEERING
AND MANAGEMENT (ICASEM-2026)  a paper on  An Evaluation of Lean Implementation Practices in Namibia Manufacturing SMEs: Foundations for Readiness and Operational Excellence, arising from her PhD studies.
