Mr Tinoapei Dhliwayo

Biography 

Tinoapei earned his Bachelor in Quantity Surveying (Honours) with Upper Second Class (2.1) and Master of Science in Construction Project Management with Merit at National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe. He joined the Department of Architecture and Spatial Planning in January 2018 as a lecturer and to coordinate the Quantity Surveying Programmes (under- and post- graduate programmes). Prior to joining NUST, he was a lecturer at Harare Polytechnic College, Zimbabwe (Jan 2007-May 2007), Staff Development Fellow at National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe (May 2007-August 2008), Quantity Surveyor at Sharps Electrical, Botswana (Aug 2008-Dec 2008); Senior Quantity Surveyor at Fairdeal Shopfitters and General Construction, Botswana (Feb 2009- May 2010), Contracts Manager at Reliance Construction, Zimbabwe (May 2010-October 2011), Contracts Director at Khuru Construction, Zimbabwe (October 2011- September 2012), Senior Quantity Surveyor at Ministry of Works and Transport, Namibia (Sept 2012- August 2014), Chief Quantity Surveyor at Ministry of Works and Transport, Namibia (August 2014-November 2017). Currently, he is a PhD Candidate at University of Johannesburg (UJ), South Africa.
