Biography

Beatha earned her Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering at the then Polytechnic of Namibia (now NUST) and a Master of Engineering (CIVIL) with distinction at Aachen University of Applied Sciences (FH Aachen) in Germany. She joined the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2017 as a part-time lecturer and became a permanent staff in 2019. She acted as the sector head for the transportation and geotechnical engineering section from 2020-current. In 2020 she embarked on her Post Graduate Certificate: Higher Education, NQF 8 studies at Namibia University of Science and Technology, and graduated in April 2022.
