Biography
Roxanne earned her Bachelor's degree in Geo-Information Technology from the Polytechnic of Namibia and a Master's degree in Spatial Science from the Namibia University of Science and Technology. She began her academic career as a part-time lecturer in the Department of Land Spatial Science in 2016, before being appointed as a full-time lecturer in 2024.
