Biography 
Martha earned her Bachelor of Engineering in Electric Power (Merit) and Masters of Sustainable Energy Systems (Distinction) at the Namibia University of Science and Technology. She has over 5 years of experience in Electricity Supply Industry (ESI), Electro technical Standards, Renewable Energy Systems, and its Regulations. In 2025, she joined NUST as a Lecturer within the department of Mechanical, Industrial and Electrical Engineering.

•    Mentoring women and girls in STEM in collaboration with WomENG, Namibian Women in Engineering (NAMWIE) and AFSEC.
