Biography
Joseph has his Bachelor degree from the Federal University of Technology Minna (FUTM), Nigeria and Masters degree from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Nigeria; both in Surveying and Geoinformatics with distinction. He also has a PhD in Surveying and Geoinformatics (Geodesy) from FUTM. His research interests are in Geodesy (precisely gravity field modeling, geodynamics studies, and height systems), lithology mapping, close-range photogrammetry, and satellite navigation systems. He has been actively involved in numerous regional and national field survey projects even in very rugged terrain; using specialized equipment like the Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Gravimeter, Echo-sounders and GNSS receivers.
