Vertical Studio 3: The “Homestead Hill”
This studio investigated creative approaches in delivering a conept design for a new permaculture development in Goreangab, Windhoek. Guided by the ‘Food Circle’ Initiative (a self-sustaining process to grow food for a househod) currently administered by the Kambashu Institute, the workshop sought to explore alternative methods in transforming a vacant communal space as a food source for the local community.
The studio was led by lecturers: Conrad Stoffberg and Gaby Hansen
