Biography: 

Theunis earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at the University of Pretoria in the South Africa. He joined the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2019 as a junior lecturer after working in industry as a Bridge Engineer. In 2022 he commenced with a Masters in Engineering Project Management through the Graduate School of Technology Management at the University of Pretoria in the South Africa.
