Biography: 

Mervin earned his Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering at the University of Cape Town in South Africa as well as a National Diploma (Civil) from the Polytechnic of Namibia.  He is a Registered Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of Namibia.  Prior to joining NUST, Mr. Muukua was a Practicing Civil/Structural Engineer at WML Consulting Engineers and Worley Parsons.  He joined the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2014 as a Junior Lecturer. The PhD will be embarked upon soon.
